這樣靜靜地看著遠方的風景，是多麼愜意。拋開一切的煩惱與爭端，讓自己浸潤在自然的懷抱中。


上面的文字和電影無關，不過這部電影的預告還是不錯看。雖然我並不喜歡弓箭手的演技......如果他有的話.......

Another version of graduated design.

這次的畢業設計，對我自己而言算是個寶貴的經驗，從某個角度上來說，學生的表現超過了我的預期。這預期有往上的，也有往下的，也有落在預期中的。但是我必須承認這樣的結果是我去年暑假時所沒有想到的。也因為這樣讓我不自覺的感受到思考邏輯上的不同，無法在短時間內取得同樣的溝通平台。或許硬要讓彼此根基於同樣的水準上對話會有些困難或者是不合情理，也或許差異化是另外一種可以調整設計策略的方式。但是當平時的討論、互動基礎並非建立在相同的立基點時，讓我開始必須去習慣學生帶給自己的Surprise或Shock，這樣的經驗是以往和頻率接近的同好討論時所不會出現的。而我必須承認，自己並不習慣於這樣的震撼教育 ，尤其是當必須落實到設計的細部層面時所出現的落差。眼高手低或許不是這現象最好的敘述代名詞，但是卻多多少少說明了普遍的現象。我們若是把設計過程視為一個完整的圓圈或是具有起承轉合的結構性架構，會很驚訝的發現普遍地組合不出一個堅實的邏輯架構。或許邏輯並不是設計熱情四射時所需要考量到的重要因素。畢竟在自我安慰式的設計象牙塔中，自我意識的實踐與建構往往佔據著很大的部份。而這部分在很多人的看法中是個黑箱，無法由自己或他人以合理的思考過程加以解析。但是儘管如此，在這其中仍然會有一些固定的軌跡可被旁觀者以自行解讀的方式閱讀出來。

但整體而言，我真的感受到學生在操作上的思考跳躍與斷裂式的連結(或可看成是Hyperlink吧)。由於畢業設計是一個連續的過程，我並不預期結果會是石破天驚的偉大作品，但卻殷切的希望看到一連串思考、掙扎、挫折、妥協、突破的軌跡。不過比較多出現的倒是妥協的成分，而較缺少堅持與掙扎的鑿痕。也或許是我並不是一個強勢的帶領者，讓學生有著過多的選擇而出現了無所適從的狀況，而又把所有的選擇權都交給學生硬要學生為自己負責。這也可說是失職的重要關鍵點。在帶領者與中立的指導者角色的拿捏，我還是無法有著較堅定的立場來強制執行一些要求。

或許以後學生以後在設計實務上無法如同畢業設計那般自由，也或許大家都會有著揮灑自我熱力的舞台。但是我總希望這兩個學期以來的歷程，能多少帶給學生日後值得回想的短暫片刻。不論是好是壞，是甜美或失落，這都是大家一起經過的完整歷程。未來的道路正在前方展開，明天永遠是新的開始，時代的齒輪已在轉瞬間帶過電腦與網路時代，伴隨著新技術演變隨之而來的是更有趣的應用層面。但是回歸到最後，我們做為「人」的本質並沒有改變，設計的炫目技法與形式最終仍然需要處理與人相關的事務，設計的收尾理應就是如此而已，願人本與你同在。

計畫與變化

計畫與實際的情形總有過大的落差，追根究底還是欠缺執行力與把事情一次做完的決心，或是事先的計畫並不能實際反映出真實的狀況而做出過於樂觀的評估。或是執行力不彰讓整體的狀況被拖累。

總之就是我還有很大，很大的改進空間。

很好，很好，就慢慢一樣樣改正吧。

拍照的手感

很久沒有拿單眼拍照了，昨晚一連串的拍攝讓我又有那樣的衝動想買單眼相機，反射鏡上下喀答的聲音與手感一直在腦中揮之不去。已經不記得第一次使用單眼像機是什麼時候了，但是我永遠都懷念著使用手動對焦的菱鏡像差將焦點對到想要的位置那種感動。快門線與B快門的搭配以及完全手動可調的操控是讓我最懷念的地方。

我想我大概已經忘了換算光圈快門與焦距的技巧了，但我仍然希望能夠載某天重拾這樣的手感，以及瀏覽相片的感動。

很久沒有這樣失落的感覺了

我想，我終於能稍稍體會以前老師要把學生當掉的心情了。這是一種混雜著不捨、無奈、質疑、失望、懷疑自己的複雜感受。雖說世上沒有絕對的對錯，但是當自己遇上這樣一翻兩瞪眼的判定時，心中仍會有股濃厚的鬱悶揮之不去。

或許在一開始這就是個錯的選擇，只是你我都沒有發現，但隨著時間慢慢累積，既然我無法撩撥起你對於自己選定題目的熱忱，或許咎由於我的失職未能及時發現這麼明顯的現象，或許該歸咎於我無法處理每種類型的題目並給予適切的導引。那麼這樣的我要如何能從這樣的過程之中學到些什麼並有著經驗上的累積呢？

這真是讓人心煩卻沒有標準答案的思緒啊


sigh.......恨鐵不成鋼，我還不是一個好的打鐵匠

定見、成見、偏見、遠見

最近經歷一些風波，深深體認自己的缺陷，自己仍舊有著我執的故我，當這樣的故我與他人相互碰撞摩擦，儘管再怎麼小心，都難免彼此有所損傷。我放不下的是自我的固執，自己認定的理念，認為付出與回應或是互動之間應該是對等的，但試驗的結果證明這仍然是自我設限，而且負面的回應往往比正面的付出傷害性更大。那麼這是代表著付出不須要有期待？還是互動可以是單向的？我想是自己應給予他人更多的彈性與尊重，重視每個人的不同價值觀與判斷，並且讓自己可以調整對待別人的方式與期望。因為當雙方的預期與結果落差太大時，必會有一方心生怨懟，而這樣內心的負面情緒久而久之便會影響互動的氣氛。但是若可以在一開始細心觀察與判斷雙方的差異，調整自己的腳步與期待，讓彼此的旋律可以合諧的共鳴。不論世況如何改變，自己的觀念與待人的方式必須有著可調整的空間，方能面對許多不同的人事物，處理好該做的事，扮好該扮的角色，活出一場好戲。

有著定見是好的，代表胸有成竹，有著遠見是好的，代表高瞻遠矚，眼光獨到。但是定見有可能會在無心之中變成偏見與成見，經驗法則告訴我們的只是根據舊有狀況下的反應與回應方式，但是這世界每天都在改變，人也是會有所成長，因生活而有所改變。有著這麼多的變因，那我們在處理事情時所依憑的自我經驗或是做法怎麼能一成不變呢？時時觀察一下自己的定位點是否仍持續校準於正確的軌道上，航行的方向是否朝著希望與快樂的生活前進。保持熱情，時時激勵自我！未來總是充滿著無窮的希望的。
